Linda Diakite Karressy (she/her) is a fractional CFO, startup advisor, and business educator who helps six-figure service-based businesses and nonprofits fix their messy books so they can stop guessing and start making confident financial decisions.

She is the founder of Insight Financial Group, where she leads accounting and outsourced CFO services designed for organizations navigating growth, grants, and complex funding streams. With over a decade of experience in accounting, grant management, and entrepreneurship education, Linda is known for translating financial complexity into clear, actionable insights leaders can actually use.

Linda has worked alongside mission-driven partners including the CDFI Indiana Collaborative and The Indianapolis Foundation, where she provided grant management and compliance oversight for the $12.9 million Elevation Grant Program, a federal initiative supporting nonprofits. Her work also includes delivering financial coaching, loan readiness, and cash flow education to entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders.

Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. As a Certified Business Made Simple Coach, she blends financial expertise with practical systems—guiding leaders toward clarity, control, and sustainability.
