Our Team

Linda Diakite Karressy

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University-Bloomington and a Masters in Public Affairs in nonprofit management from the IUPUI's School of Public Affairs. While at Indiana University, Linda participated in an exchange program with the University of Maastricht, Limburg, The Netherlands. She was able to travel extensively throughout Europe and meet individuals from Sweden, Germany, and Italy.

Linda has previously participated as Starfish Mentor, committee member of the Intercollegiate YMCA, Girls Inc volunteer.

Accomplishments

Saved $500K in repair expense for Medxcel
Detected $384K in duplicated invoices by the means of the SAP, pivot table, and auto filter function for Raytheon
Redesigned the approval process for demand service invoices, which had a balance of $1.3M to an average of $600K in five months
Worked with operations, customers, and vendors to manage over $18.2 million in service contract payments and reimbursements for Medxcel
Provided sole financial support to the Operations Manager and senior level for start-up operations in Juarez, Mexico
